We are a small group of individuals who write and are on our way to becoming published. "Time is a piece of life that will not stop for the procrastinator, give something precious to the world" Dorina Shine~

Our mission and vision is to give unpublished individuals a voice to be heard. To place the most productive resources in their paths to become innovative Authors. The road is sometimes hard when access is not given to those who wish to learn how to become self published. So, we have taken this time to help those in the process.

Company history
We are located in Youngstown, Ohio. Scales To Success, Ini originated at Bible Way Church of God In Christ as a Summer Reading Program with only 7 Students. These students dedicated time and energy in reading over 5,000 pages between June- August 2006. "Writing has been a passion of mine since I was young. I have always been an optimistic individual with the leadership skills to make ideas become concrete", says Dorina Shine. The tutoring aspect is still alive and has only gotten better with this new perspective of helping those achieve their dream in publishing and writing. At this point, the Initiative is working on its purpose of giving back to the community information that will be significant in writing and journaling.

About the Administrator:
Dorina Shine grew up as a resident of Youngstown, Ohio. She went to East High School and furthered her education at Yougstown State University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. She returned in 2006 and entered the Criminal Justice Masters program. After working for the Community Corrections Association, Youngstown Police Department-Juvenile Division, Youngstown Board of Education with certification to teach, The Mahoning County Public Library she decided to do something that has been a dream of hers since youth, to become a writer!
"Right now, I am in the process of helping those who are in the same position as myself, progressing"!
Not all those who have a dream accomplish it. Some may not have the avenue afforded to them to proceed. In this area, Scales to Success INI gives options to success! Dorina has three children and two grandchildren!
